Each individual may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and the associated balances will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Your name, date of birth, and contact details must be genuine. acr44 may request additional documents for identity verification when necessary, and members are required to provide them.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your acr44 account. Following the security guidelines below is mandatory:

• Do not share your login password with anyone — acr44 staff will never ask for your password.
• Avoid logging in on public devices or shared networks.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Transferring your account for use by another person is strictly prohibited.

acr44 will not be held liable for losses caused by unauthorized third-party access, unless it can be proven that the loss resulted from a security failure on the platform's own part.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit funds into acr44. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

acr44's VIP program has four tiers. Members can gradually progress to higher tiers based on their gaming activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, registering under a false identity, or attempting bonus arbitrage — acr44 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses on that account and permanently close it.

6 Fair Play Policy

acr44 is committed to ensuring fairness across all games as a safe and reliable platform. Our game service providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Microgaming — use certified random number generators (RNG) in their games.

• All game outcomes are completely random and not predetermined.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on acr44. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Hacking gaming software or using any form of cheat program.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members.
• Falsely identifying oneself as an acr44 employee.
• Placing coordinated bets with the intent to abuse promotional offers.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the acr44 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of acr44 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Members may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any acr44 content without permission.
• Create any misleading representation using acr44's trademarks or logos.
• Reverse engineer the platform's source code or software.

9 Limitation of Liability

acr44 is committed to providing reliable services to the best of its ability, however acr44 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If services are temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.
• If a member suffers loss due to their own negligence or account credential exposure.
• Due to delays or failures by third-party payment services.
• In the event of an unforeseen natural disaster or other force majeure situation.

In any circumstance, acr44's maximum liability will be limited to the total amount deposited by the member on the platform during that specific period.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by acr44

acr44 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.

10.2 Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at their own discretion. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closing the account. Once an account is closed, all data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

11 Privacy and Data Protection
